Key Requirements include strong experience in end-to-end payroll management for 3,000+ employees, sound knowledge of Labour Codes & Factory Compliance, strong understanding of applicable Factory Acts & statutory compliances, hands-on experience in statutory compliance, audits & documentation, excellent Excel skills and strong MIS/reporting capabilities, and ability to manage compliance processes in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
