Hiring: Payroll Product Owner – LATAM | Remote. Location: Remote. Must be based in: Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, or Chile. Spanish + English: Fluent — Mandatory. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Product Owner / Payroll Business Analyst / Payroll Project Manager with strong LATAM payroll + payroll transformation/project experience. Key Requirements: 5+ years of payroll experience. Strong LATAM Payroll experience. Payroll implementations, migrations, transformations, or system transitions. Product Owner / BA / Project Management experience in payroll. Strong SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, reconciliation & defect management experience. Payroll systems & integrations — HRIS/HCM, T&A, Benefits, Finance/GL, Banking. Experience with payroll vendors & implementation partners. Requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria & test scenarios. Payroll data validation and reconciliation. Knowledge of country-specific LATAM payroll requirements & compliance.
