Key Responsibilities: supporting payroll transformation project; understanding of payroll processing/statutory compliances/audit/reporting; knowledge of payroll master data and mandatory fields mapping; supporting project team in building required reports and validation; engagement with stakeholders (HR/Finance/Taxation); support designing SOPs/process notes. Skills: tech savvy/analytical/logical; good with numbers/excel; excellent communication skills. 5 days a week, WFO. Contract/Consultancy (6 months - Extendable on performance).
