El Ezaby Pharmacy is looking for a Payroll Specialist / Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. If you have solid experience in payroll operations and are looking for your next career opportunity with one of the leading pharmacy companies in Egypt, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: manage the monthly payroll cycle accurately and on time; review attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances and other payroll-related data; ensure payroll data accuracy and proper documentation; handle payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve issues; coordinate with HR, Finance and other relevant departments; ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations; prepare payroll reports and support payroll analysis when required. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or a relevant field; previous experience in Payroll is required; strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance, overtime, deductions and allowances; very good Excel skills; strong attention to detail and analytical skills; experience in the retail, pharmacy or high-volume environment is a plus.
