Pan Asia HR Solution is looking for 2 PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants with expertise in Absence Management and India Payroll. Responsibilities: PeopleSoft HCM Functional, India Payroll/Global Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR/Job Data/Position Management, payroll configuration (Earnings/Deductions/Taxes/Pay Groups), Indian statutory payroll (TDS/PF/ESI/PT/LWF/Gratuity/Bonus), payroll integration with Absence/Core HR/Finance/Banks. US Customer – 4 hours overlap. Comfortable until 11:00 PM IST.
