Hiring: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant - Absences & India Payroll. We are looking for 2 experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants to join our team for a US customer project. Location: Mumbai - Onsite. Shift: US Customer | Candidate should be available to work until 11:00 PM IST with approximately 4 hours of overlap. Experience: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience. Openings: 2. Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM - Absence Management & India Payroll. India Payroll experience is a priority. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HR, Absence Management and Global Payroll for India. Strong understanding of India statutory payroll, including TDS/Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, bonus and statutory reporting.
