Must-Have Skills: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2+ development experience, Strong expertise in Core HRMS, Hands-on experience in North America Payroll (NA Payroll), Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Benefits, Experience with Time & Labor, Strong PeopleTools knowledge, Techno-functional experience across development and functional requirements, Experience in customization/enhancements/troubleshooting & production support.
