PeopleSoft Support Analyst. Job Summary: 1. The PeopleSoft Database Administrator is responsible for the performance, availability, security, and integrity of the Oracle databases underlying the PeopleSoft ERP environment. This role manages database administration, backup and recovery, environment refreshes, and performance tuning across all PeopleSoft instances (production, test, development, and sandbox). 2. The PeopleSoft Functional Lead – Financials (FSCM) is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Budgeting, and Asset Management. This role works closely with the Business Office, Budget Office, and Procurement to ensure the system supports accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations. 3. The PeopleSoft Support Analyst provides day-to-day Tier 1/Tier 2 support for PeopleSoft end users across the university, triaging and resolving help-desk tickets, tracking open issues, and escalating complex functional or technical problems to the appropriate specialist. This role is often the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and student-worker issues related to PeopleSoft. Suitable Candidates can send their Resume by email.
