Looking for an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the HR function at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities include lead end-to-end Plant HR operations, manage Employee Relations & Industrial Relations, drive manpower planning, recruitment & workforce management, ensure Labour Law & Statutory Compliance, manage employee engagement, performance & talent development, handle HR policies, audits, HR MIS & plant HR processes, and partner with plant leadership to drive productivity and employee effectiveness. Ideal Candidate: 15–25 years of overall HR experience, minimum 7 years of experience in OSD Pharma manufacturing, strong expertise in Plant HR, IR, ER & Labour Compliance, and excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
