Location: Chennai, Sholinganallur. Preferred: Female Candidates. Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred. Eligibility Criteria: 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in International Call Handling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in night shifts supporting US payroll operations. Basic understanding of Payroll/HR processes is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle employee payroll-related queries through calls and emails. Provide timely and accurate resolutions within defined SLAs. Coordinate with payroll teams to resolve complex issues.
