Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage lead engagement, follow-ups, relationship building, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with assigned leads and understand their requirements - Explain RL Apex programs and services to prospective clients - Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships - Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets - Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records - Handle customer queries professionally - Submit daily sales activity and performance reports - Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English with good spoken Hindi - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets - Experience in Sales / Business Development / Counselling / Telecalling is preferred Apply via email or phone.
