Dear SAP Consultants, I am hiring for the following REMOTE opportunity. Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Remediation consultant. Location: Remote. Experience: 5+ Years. Budget: 1L/Month (99k/month). Shift timing: 2pm-11pm. Notice period: Only immediate joiners. Mode: C2H. JD: The SAP HCM Payroll Remediation Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing complex SAP HCM Payroll solutions as part of payroll remediation, transformation, compliance, and enhancement initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, Retroactive Accounting, and country-specific payroll configurations. The consultant will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical teams to assess payroll defects, identify root causes, implement corrective solutions, perform payroll validations, and support project-based delivery across multiple payroll geographies. The individual is expected to act as a subject matter expert in SAP Payroll configuration and payroll calculation logic, driving solution design, remediation activities, testing, and deployment.
