We are Hiring a Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager – Record to Report (R2R). We are looking for an experienced R2R professional to join our Finance & Accounting team in India, supporting our US operations. Position: Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager – R2R. Location: India. Shift: US EST. Experience: 7–10 Years. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end general ledger accounting and month-end closing. Prepare financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Handle journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accurate financial reporting. Perform financial variance analysis and support management reporting. Drive accounting automation and process improvements. What We Are Looking For: 7–10 years of experience in R2R and US accounting. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities. Ability to independently manage month-end closing and coordinate with US stakeholders.
