We are Hiring a Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper. Work Setup: 100% Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of Canadian based clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple Canadian small business clients. Handle Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), General Ledger (GL), bank feeds, and credit card feeds. Perform monthly and quarterly closing procedures. Prepare management reports and draft financial statements. Assist in preparing Canadian T1, T2, and GST/HST filings. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5+ years of progressive full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close experience. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero. Interested candidates can share their CV by email.
