Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave & salary inputs management, statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, payroll reconciliation & resolution of employee queries, HR MIS & reporting, annual HR Budget preparation & monitoring, annual Performance Management process, outsourced manpower/vendor management, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll & statutory compliance.
