Innoviti Technologies is looking for a hands-on Senior Executive - Payroll & Compliance to join our Bangalore team. Manage end-to-end payroll for 250+ employees. Handle payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, deductions and F&F. Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus & Gratuity compliance. Handle contract/third-party payroll. Prepare payroll MIS, reconciliation and reports. Manage payroll processes on Darwinbox/HRMS. Coordinate with Finance, HR, vendors and consultants. 4+ years of hands-on Indian payroll experience. Strong payroll & statutory compliance knowledge. Contract/third-party payroll experience preferred. Strong MS Excel skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
