We are Hiring a Senior Fund Accountant to join a growing, collaborative finance team. Location: Remote. Experience: 4-10 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting. Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM | 5 days working | U.S. Time Zone (EST/PST). Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA is Mandatory). Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities. Strong understanding of both open-end and closed-end funds. Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations. Record and review GL transactions, including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries. Prepare and review account and bank reconciliations. Support investment and debt reporting, cash management, and treasury activities. Prepare audit schedules and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
