We are hiring a Sr. FinOps Analyst – US Payroll Operations to join a high-performing payroll team supporting a large-scale workforce across multiple US states. Location: Hyderabad/Pune Shift: Flexible to work in rotational shifts Start Date: Immediate only Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate) Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end US payroll processing across multiple states (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles) - Conduct payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance - Process legal payments, severance, final pay, and missing pay transactions - Manage wage garnishments in accordance with federal and state regulations - Investigate and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely manner - Perform pre-payroll audits, payment posting, ticket resolution, and payroll data validation - Collaborate closely with internal payroll and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in: US Payroll Processing, Payroll Audits, Wage Garnishments - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's Degree required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft - Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced reporting - Experience managing high-volume, multi-state payroll operations - Customer-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
