We are Hiring: Experienced Staff Accountant. Location: Remote – U.S. Full-Time. Salary: $60K–$75K. The Health Institute is growing! We are looking for an Experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team and work closely with our Financial Controller. This role will support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, AP, payroll, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement across multiple entities. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience. Month-end close & reconciliation experience. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. QuickBooks Online & Bill.com experience. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to take ownership. Continuous-improvement mindset. Nice to have: Multi-entity accounting, ASC 606/deferred revenue, payment processor experience, e-commerce/subscription/healthcare experience, or experience with automation & AI.
