Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Technical Program Manager I (TPM-1). Responsibilities: own end-to-end program execution using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), tracking roadmaps, team velocity, and key milestones, align engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders, spot blockers early, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep projects moving on schedule, continuously refine workflows, documentation, and delivery efficiency. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience as a TPM or Scrum Master, strong grasp of the SDLC, APIs, system architecture, and cloud concepts, proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Agile workflows.
