I'm partnering with a global leader in aesthetic dermatology technologies and solutions that is looking to add a Territory Sales Manager to their growing team. What They're Looking For: 3-5+ years of B2B aesthetic sales experience, Background in injectables, skincare, dermatology, lasers, or related aesthetic solutions, Experience with buy-and-bill processes, Strong hunter mentality combined with account management expertise, Proven record of achieving or exceeding quota. Compensation: Base Salary: $90K-$100K, OTE: $160K-$180K+ (uncapped commissions), $600/month car allowance + gas/tolls, Full expense package, Comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and PTO.
