US Accountant – Remote | Night Shift. Location: India – 100% Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time. Working Days: Monday to Friday. Shift: US Night Shift. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accountant with experience in US accounting practices and hands-on knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, and Tally. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting US-based clients/business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements. Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and transaction records. Work with Xero and QuickBooks for US accounting/bookkeeping. Use Tally for Indian accounting requirements when required. Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting queries. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience. Experience with US accounting/bookkeeping is preferred. Hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks is required. Working knowledge of Tally is required. Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR and financial reporting. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable working US night shifts, Monday to Friday.
