US Accounts Payable Associate. Process: US AP / Accounting Operations. Experience: 3–4 Years – US AP Accounting (Mandatory). Location: Mumbai (Sakinaka). Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift). Working Days: Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end US Accounts Payable processes. Process high-volume PO & Non-PO invoices. Perform 2-way & 3-way invoice matching. Vendor reconciliation & payment processing. Support month-end closing and AP reporting. Experience with SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / QuickBooks or similar ERP.
