Key Requirements: 10+ years of strong Workday Payroll experience with multiple end-to-end implementations. 5+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation experience. Strong expertise in US Payroll, including federal/state/local taxes, FLSA, garnishments, W-2, tax amendments and compliance. Hands-on experience in Payroll Configuration, Earnings, Deductions, Benefits Integration, Retro Processing, Reconciliation, Payroll Accounting and Year-End activities. Strong Advanced Compensation experience covering Merit, Bonus, Incentive, Executive Compensation, Stock Programs, One-Time Awards and Compensation Reviews. Expertise in Compensation Grades, Salary Ranges, Merit/Bonus Pools, Business Processes, Security, Worklets and Reporting. Experience working with large enterprise payroll environments and downstream integrations.
