DXC is hiring a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant with hands-on implementation experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Workday US Payroll implementations (solution design, configuration, testing); conduct client workshops to gather/analyze business requirements; configure Workday US Payroll modules/business processes/security protocols; help clients transform legacy HCM/Payroll data into Workday; identify risks, build mitigation approaches, assist in UAT testing. Minimum 2+ full lifecycle Workday US Payroll implementations led independently. Workday US Payroll Certification preferred.
