We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Configurator with strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence Management and experience supporting Payroll configuration. Must-Have Qualifications: 8+ years of Workday experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Comfortable serving as the dedicated configurator on a Scrum team. Primary Focus: Workday Time Tracking & Absence. Hands-on configuration experience with: Absence plans & leave programs. Accrual schedules. Eligibility rules. Time entry calculations. Work schedules. Validations & compliance policies. Secondary Focus: Workday Payroll. Earnings and deductions. Payroll calculations. Payroll configuration and maintenance. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with product teams. Support Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. Troubleshoot issues and provide Tier 2 production support. Partner closely with LOB stakeholders.
