We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing international logistics team. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and outstanding receivables. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments. Monitor payment due dates and outstanding invoices. Reconcile customer accounts and incoming payments. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies. Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payments. Coordinate with accounting and operations teams. Maintain accurate records and prepare AR/collection reports. Requirements: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting. Good understanding of invoicing, payments, and reconciliation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Experience in logistics/transportation is an advantage. Good English communication skills.
