What the role covers

We are looking for an experienced ADP Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ADP payroll configuration, SuccessFactors to ADP data flow, integrations, and L2 production support. Key skills: Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now / GlobalView / Vantage / Celergo. Strong ADP payroll configuration and support experience. Experience with SuccessFactors to ADP payroll data flow/interfaces. L2 production support, incident resolution and root-cause analysis. Payroll processing - Gross-to-Net, earnings, deductions, taxes and garnishments. Experience with SFTP / API / file-based payroll integrations. Payroll reconciliation, audit support and error resolution. Knowledge of US payroll tax and compliance requirements. Experience with UAT, parallel testing, enhancements and production support. Strong Excel/data reconciliation skills.
