The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, translating requirements into clear functional specifications, coordinating with development teams and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations. Responsibilities: Understand and analyse business processes, workflows and operational requirements. Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, clarify and document requirements. Convert business requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and user stories. Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Prepare process flows, functional workflows, screen specifications and acceptance criteria. Work closely with UI/UX, frontend, backend and database development teams. Coordinate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements. Participate in solution discussions and provide functional inputs. Prepare and execute functional test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate developed features against business requirements. Identify gaps, inconsistencies and process exceptions and propose appropriate solutions. Support production issues by analysing functional requirements and coordinating with technical teams. Maintain functional documentation and ensure requirements are properly tracked. Assist in change management, release planning and user communication. Work closely with business teams to improve efficiency through technology and automation. Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into system requirements. Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts will be an advantage. Experience working with web-based business applications. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. System process knowledge Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology or B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology Preferred: Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, NVOCC, finance, ERP or other enterprise applications will be an advantage. Exposure to APIs, system integrations and reporting/BI tools will be a plus.
