Finance Executive - AP & AR (US Staffing). Location: Remote - India (Work from Home). We are seeking a Finance Executive with experience in US Staffing or Consulting Services to manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, collections, and contractor payments. Responsibilities: Generate and submit client invoices through VMS/MSP platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, Coupa, and SAP Ariba. Track invoice approvals, collections, aging reports, and follow up on outstanding receivables. Process vendor and contractor invoices and coordinate timely payments. Reconcile customer payments, vendor statements, and resolve billing/payment discrepancies. Coordinate with payroll teams on timesheets, consultant compensation, and recruiter commissions. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 3-5 years of AP/AR experience, preferably in US Staffing or Consulting. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting systems.
