Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female) - Operations. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files. Handle attendance, leave management and employee data updates. Assist with monthly payroll processing and salary-related queries. Prepare monthly MIS reports and maintain compliance documentation. Coordinate employee confirmation, exit formalities and full & final settlements. 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations. Knowledge of payroll processing. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software. Graduate/Post Graduate.
