Now Hiring: Senior Accountant | Hybrid Opportunity. Diamond Select, Inc. is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-entity organization to hire a detail-oriented, self-directed Senior Accountant for a hybrid opportunity. What You Will Do: Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare bank and credit-card reconciliations. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and vendor management. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Assist with financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, and funding needs. Support sales and use tax reporting, 1099 preparation, audit requests, tax matters, and compliance activities. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP. Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills. QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred. Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days remote.
